We offer technical support to customers with current products purchased from this site and through our dealer network in the United Kingdom and Ireland. If your product was purchased elsewhere, please contact the KORG/VOX distributor in that area ( and they should be able to help.

In an effort to assist as many of our customers as possible, we are unable to offer technical assistance for products that have been discontinued for longer than 5 years or advise on general subjects (i.e. effect programming, sound design, Songwriting, music production, etc). In these instances, we would suggest using the various resources already available online: user forums, groups on social media platforms, or for drivers, software, manuals, FAQs, videos, etc.
